How we bid
Walked onsite. Bid in writing.
We do not post prices or budget ranges because every attic, wall and building is different. Every job starts with a visit and ends with a written, itemized bid.
Onsite walk-through
We get in the attic, walls or crawl space, measure, check existing insulation, ventilation and moisture, and talk through your goals.
Written, itemized bid
Areas, materials, depths, R-values, air sealing, removal and options are listed line by line with one lump-sum total.
Prep and install
We protect the house, air-seal where scoped, and install to the specified depth with checks as we go.
Cleanup and walkthrough
Trimmings and debris are hauled off, and we walk the work with you before drywall or before we leave.

What you get
A bid you can compare line by line.
Each area of the house is listed with the material, thickness or depth and target R-value, plus air sealing, removal and any coatings. Options, like upgrading a wall to rock wool, are priced separately so you can choose.
